By accessing or using Cooksy, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

User Content

You retain ownership of recipes and content you submit. By posting public recipes, you grant Cooksy a license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You must not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malware, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Cooksy is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
